Make sure to get enough rest and motivation for our 50th Anniversary Tournament.
Bring 2 gallons of Water, we will provide Gatorade to help you absorb electrolytes faster.
Your Hydration is our priority to make sure you are having a safe and enjoyable time.
You must have the following:
Basketball shoes
three pairs of socks(Tall Socks)
two white synthetic T-shirts(Dri-Fit)
two pairs of basketball shorts(not to tight-may cause friction and uncomfortability).
Bring deodorant
We suggest you wear light colors to reduce any form of Hyperthermia through out the time period!
Heat cramps, Heat Exhaustion, or Heat Stroke will cause muscle contraction, dizziness, and high body temperature(We will have an authorized medic on the side lines)
To reduce this, drink lots of water before and after our 3 v 3 Tournament.

If you have Muscle sores, Blisters, Shin Splints, Stitch in the side, or sprained ankle, please consider if you are eligible to participate. Make sure to prepare in a safe and healthy way but make sure to get rest so your body can heal.
This activity is taken place durning the day mostly through the night but Sun Block is recommended to prevent any sunburns such as UVA and UVB sun rays. SPF 30 or higher is known to be recommended by doctors, but you must re-apply every 2 hours or after excessively sweating.
We would like a parent/guardian to oversee their child's safety and any necessary treatments to injuries
Adults must have a cell and ID with them in case of an emergency through out the time period
